Day 11--Peanut Butter Nutella Cookies

Despite the fact that yesterday was my birthday (reason why Day 11 is today instead of yesterday) and that I bought 2 boxes of Girl Scout cookies today at church, today's post is about cookies I baked!!

Peanut Butter Nutella Cookies

Not the greatest picture--they kinda blend in with our counter top!!  The link to the recipe can be found here.

The only thing I think I would change is next time I will dip my fork in sugar to criss-cross the tops, like when you make regular peanut butter cookies.  Otherwise, follow the recipe in the link above and enjoy!!

NOTE: I got a Silicone baking mat from my mother-in-law for Christmas.  It is AWESOME!! If you bake, you should have one!!
