Mini Vanilla Wafers
I pinned this recipe not long ago & knew I had to try it. Kevin & the kiddos love Nilla wafers!

The only thing I didn't do was pipe these cookies out using a pastry bag. I don't have a pastry bad, so I tried using a large baggie. The dough is very thick and didn't want to come out easily. So I put it back in the bowl, pinched off small amounts and rolled into balls.
I think they turned out just fine.
They are yummy and dangerous...you could easily eat 14 of them before you know it. :)
